The material quality and the quality of the steel

  As everyone knows, the strip model mainly according to its width and thickness to name, such as 1910 types, generally is 19mm wide, 1.0mm thick.   The current steel market mainly have two kinds of material, one is Q195, one is Q215, the two materials are made of raw materials used in the strip, but the Q215 is much better than Q195 steel strip quality, the same model, the tensile strength of the former is much warmer than the latter.There are many users in order to save costs, asked to use Q195 material will strip do a bit thick, thought that can improve the tensile strength,actually otherwise, the tensile strength of steel is mainly decided by the material, even if be very thick, is a waste of costs, and do not play acorresponding role.
